Our team consists of architectural designers, structural engineers, design consultants and builders, all with more than ten years’ experience of creating wonderful homes throughout London.
Our Build Team are particularly experienced with builds on residential rear house extensions, loft conversions & basements.
We most commonly carry out these builds on Edwardian, Victorian & Georgian houses, resulting in brighter, larger open plan living areas which ultimately combines with an increase in property price.
Our comprehensive service includes the drawing-up of comprehensive designs, including specific details materials and finishes; the management of the entire process of obtaining planning permission for your project; and the drafting of a detailed project budget and work schedule.

Following an initial enquiry we will arrange and conduct a consultation, where our team will take the time to meet with you and understand the individual requirements and the aspirations for your project. Following this consultation, we will provide you with a detailed quotation, tailored to meet your specific needs, ensuring clarity and confidence from the outset.

Our Construction Director and our technical team will work alongside you and your appointed architect to understand every detail of your project. We will then provide you with a detailed timeline and an agreed budget, which the team will diligently follow. Should you require assistance with drawing up any necessary plans and submitting your scheme for planning, we can support you with this.

Throughout the build process, our Construction Director will keep you updated with progress. Our skilled teams on site will execute the construction phase with dedication and attention to detail, delivering superior quality and craftsmanship and a finished product that will ensure your development stands out from the crowd.

Upon completion of your project, we carry out a thorough inspection of all properties, ensuring that we hand over a project of exceptional quality. We will then meet with your team on site to ensure your full satisfaction before sign-off. We have a dedicated aftercare team in place to support any necessary post-delivery works, and all of our new homes come with a 10-year new home warranty.
